England is a country lying off the North-West coast of mainland Europe, located on the island of Great Britain. It is unknown whether the use of "England" is an informal reference to the United Kingdom as a whole, or to a subsequent political entity.
England is the only known functioning state outside of North America.
History[]
Pre-Blackout[]
Prior to the Blackout Maggie Foster lived in England with her two sons, Elliot and Callum.
Post-Blackout[]
While travel to England was impossible in the immediate aftermath of the Blackout, subsequently that was no longer the case. It was implied that the Georgia Federation used tall ships, steamboats or steamships, to get there. As a result of trade with the Georgia Federation, England developed an alliance with Georgia and both profited enormously. Due to this alliance, it is possible that England tried to help Georgia after Atlanta was destroyed.
From inside the Tower, London, the capital of England, can be seen through the satellites. ("The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia") Judging by the feeds from the Tower, London has either burned or become overgrown by nature in the 15 years following the Blackout.
