The Department of Defense is a section of the government of the United States of America.

The Tower is a secret base which is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is made up of twelve floors and goes into the ground for half a mile. It appears to have a safe room which the Vice President of the former United States used in case of an emergency. There is also a lab along with an armory which had coilguns.
